Became a trainer/exercise specialist because: I
wanted to share the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle. People not
only learn to achieve their physical goals, they also learn the
discipline of achieving balance and success that translates to every

fun but challenging. It should
constantly progress as your body makes changes to become leaner and
