Ralph takes a comprehensive approach to personal training. His goal is to design an individualized exercise program that will augment a client’s strengths and curtail his/her weaknesses. To accomplish this, he collects and analyzes information on physical readiness, nutritional habits, and other health facts before designing an exercise program.

Ralph’s knowledge of human mechanics acquuired through Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) training helps him prepare individualized exercise programs that safely and accurately match the unique needs of the client.
