A personalized workout
regime that is custom designed to you and your goals. Meeting
once a week is not bad to get your feet wet or if you’re in the
maintenance phase of fitness. But on average, meeting twice weekly is
ideal. With twice weekly sessions, you will get visible results within
4-6 weeks. Step it up a notch to three times weekly, and you’ll see and
feel results immediately. Along with our weekly workouts,
I’ll design a program to help keep you accountable on our
days off and also help you with any other areas you’re looking to
improve (i.e. diet, massage therapy, etc.).
Semi-Private Training
Make the most of your workout. Sessions can include circuit training, Pilates, just strength,
and more! You can also bring your own group of 4-10 people and request
more specific training. Get the attention you need without the
hassle of overcrowded, expensive classes where you can’t tell if you
should be running rampant on a treadmill for hours, lifting your body
weight in heavy metal, curling or crunching.
