I teach and train from the perspective that all training should be functional, time-efficient, safe and fun! My favorite things to add to workouts are kickboxing, agility and balance exercises, resistance band work, core-strength/ activation through mat Pilates, and boot-camp style. Combining cardio, strength and core work with kickboxing, Pilates or interval training means your workouts will never be boring, and they will always be customized to your interests and needs. 

I encourage my clients to keep raising the bar and keep your workouts fresh and challenging! We provide private, partner and group training sessions.
