Dan Johnson, one of Chicago’s top exercise professionals, brings his practice from the West Coast. For more than ten years, Dan has helped clients of all ages improve their health and fitness levels.
Through unique mental approaches that focus on inner strength, Dan helps his clients exceed all expectations for their bodies. His holistic approach and philosophy of mind/body connection address stress management, emotional health, and true body function for overall health and long-term results.
Dan has helped clients who face many different conditions, diseases, and daily challenges including, but not limited to, chronic and acute pain, hip degeneration, muscular-skeletal pain, reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD), arthritis, impingement or sciatic issues. He understands the importance of micro-progressing each individual according to their current abilities.
Certifications:
Dan is a Certified Personal Trainer and is currently completing Resistance Training Specialist courses. Dan is also a Muscle Activation Techniques specialist (MAT). He can objectively evaluate, identify and treat muscular imbalances in the body that lead to pain and injuries from compensation, repetitive stress and chronic overuse.
