• Liability insurance - $500,000 minimum

Training Guidelines

• All trainers must have a current approved certification on file, with proof of insurance and Symmetry Center listed as an additional insured.
• Trainers may only practice specialties for which they are certified and insured.
• Records and personal information must be kept current and on file with Symmetry Center for trainers and clients.
• Symmetry Center will require non-member contracts to be on file for all clients who enter our facility.
• All sessions expire 10 weeks from date of purchase.

Note: Training sessions and packages are non-transferrable.
