TRAINER: Ryan Mark
Training for: 2+years
Why I love personal training: I can't think of a more rewarding position to be in. Being a personal trainer allows me to see full transformations in both physical appearance and self-esteem. I love to push people and show them their true potential. I’ve met so many great people and have built lasting relationships. It’s a continuous challenge, but it’s one of the reasons I love what I do!
I want my clients to enjoy each workout - and at the end of the day, I want them to look forward to their next workout because I make it fun.
My proudest achievement:
In
January 2009 I set a personal goal to compete in the NPC Illinois Natural Mid-State Classics. I pushed myself each day leading up to the
event. In November I competed and took First Place in the
Middle Weight Division as well as First Place in the Overall Competition.

It was a tremendous feeling of accomplishment. My consistent workouts, specific program design and diligent dieting definitely won the
competition.
3 things clients should remember:
Be patient. You didn’t become the way you are overnight. Results don’t happen that quickly either. Change it up. Program design is extremely important. Your body won’t change if your workouts don’t.
Give it a rest. Recovery time is just as important as the workout. Make sure you give your body time to recover.
Here's what Ryan's client Michael W. says:
"For me, all other trainers have paled in comparison to Ryan. His attention to my goals, plus a strong focus on form and technique have made my gains amazing in less than a year. Ryan's ability to train and transform are truly unique.
"I'm 45 years old and everyone compares my physique to those 20 years my junior. I'm strong, confident and healthy.
"This is what a personal trainer is all about. Thank you, Ryan."
