This sixty minute class will wake up your muscles, lift your spirits and employ the allure you’ve been keeping under wraps.

Elements of yoga, functional core exercises, and seductive moves basics are used to warm-up the body and relax the mind. Class is devoted to learning and performing a well crafted strip routine. Gentle stretching concludes every class. Ladies only, please.
